The MAKE USE group and the Synergy of Music Theatre (SMouTh) invite you to an event on social activism, where the “Guide to Activism” will be presented on Tuesday 24 October at 18.00 at Connectiva (133 Venizelou Street).

“Guide to Activism” is a practical guide, based on the experiences of more than 50 young activists whose desire was and is social change. In early 2022, a group of experienced activists, social researchers and young people from the Generation Europe Ambassadors network was formed and under the coordination of IBB (International Association for Education and Exchange) started a process of designing, collecting and adapting material for the creation of “Guide to Activism”. Generation Europe Ambassadors Network is a European network of active young people representing more than 45 local youth groups across Europe who act as role models for their communities. The local group for Greece is the MAKE USE group of Larissa.

One of the special features of the “Guide to Activism” is that it has a clear starting point to begin your journey, but it has no end. Rather than representing a line, it actually invites you on a journey in a creative spiral. The end of the journey will always be the actions that change you, your team, your community and the entire world.

We will be very happy to see you at the event, to attend the presentation of the guide, to learn more about it and the team that created it, to discuss and exchange views and experiences on social activism.

For better preparation of the event, please register your participation by email info@smouth.com or by phone at 2410531778, 6983346257 by 22/10.
