On Friday, September 11th, members of our team gathered and under the coordination of the LoudMouse Crew Comics, they got acquainted with the art of comics and the basic tools of their creation. The team’s goal for the immediate future is to create comics scripts based on the results of the “Me, My Body and Others” survey, which explored the impact of stereotypes on young people’s perceptions of their bodies, sexuality and related behaviors (the survey was conducted in April 2020 and 315 young people aged 15 to 30 responded).
Unfortunately due to Covid-19 measures we were unable to organise a meeting that would have involved more people, although there was a lot of interest in attending. We promise to find creative ways to involve even more people when the results of the “Sexulaikotita” project (a series of web comics) find their way.
